Hate the curried fish balls, the yellow xiu mais taste like glue, a hot dog is a hot dog, but the octopus is divinely chewy.

Thanks J.C. for the welcome. I was so excited to discover, the day I discovered CityDailyPhoto that there was a niche available in HK. Otherwise I'd probably have been to intimidated to start.
Sorry, dont mean to offend. I really dont like anything that has a fishy taste, even if it is curry, if you google yellow xiu mais it has your site listed, so I dont know what that is. I tried octopus in Korea, it was alright, but not for me. The one think I did like was bbq chicken feet.
I've made several visits to HK and your shots really capture the essence of the place.
You’ve done this food a great service. This a wonderful image and now I’m hungry! I love octopus, but the hot dogs do look good.
